WHAT Determines your POTENTIAL ? Somewhere in Life this question will surely haunt you, AM I GOOD ENOUGH? CAN I DO IT?  AM I WORTH IT? We all have been through a school system and we are well aware that to progress to the next grade we have to clear several tests, whether oral or written, unit tests, Monthly tests, half early exams and ultimately Final Exams, Sometimes you must have noticed a collective of your entire year is calculated to mark your eligiblity to pass or sometimes its just that one final Exam at the end of the year which decided whether you will pass or fail.  STRANGE isn't it?
